Faculty has placed a call for applications for fees-only PhD bursaries
i.e. the fees are paid for, the student would just need to cover their

applications in one of the the following five areas:
Media Cultures – Communication and Representation;
Urban and/or Class Cultures;
Culture and Heritage;
Cultures of Gender and/or Sexuality;
Global Cultures: Cultural Migrations and Encounters.
Please note that these areas are broadly conceived and also can overlap.
The deadline for applications is on the 29th, which is coming up
shortly. If you think you might know of potential people, especially
those presently finishing their MA, please pass this on. I’m happy to
try to answer any questions
